Boys wearing girls' clothes: Yes or no?

One mom’s story of how her son dressed up as Daphne from Scooby Doo for Halloween is causing quite a stir. Her son was worried about other kids making fun of him, but it turned out that other mothers were the ones who raised a stink.

The blogger known as Nerdy Apple Bottom wrote: “If you think that me allowing my son to be a female character for Halloween is somehow going to ‘make’ him gay then you are an idiot. Firstly, what a ridiculous concept. Secondly, if my son is gay, OK. I will love him no less. Thirdly, I am not worried that your son will grow up to be an actual ninja so back off. If my daughter had dressed as Batman, no one would have thought twice about it. No one.”

What do you think? Would you let your son “cross-dress” on Halloween, or ever? Watch the video, vote in our poll and please share your thoughts in the comments.
